The same system hands a receiver and earbuds to anyone who needs assistive listening, which keeps your booth, breakout or keynote on the right side of the ADA.

Four LWR-1050 receivers come with earbuds and lanyards. Add a neck loop and the audio goes straight into hearing aids and cochlear implants. The LA-482 dock charges all four overnight.

Why rent it from us

Phones or receivers, your choice. Most guests use the free app on their own phone. The four LWR-1050 receivers cover anyone without one, and more are available.
Dante ready. The base station takes Dante over the network as well as analog line level, so a console or Dante enabled system feeds it with one patch cable and no DI boxes. We run Dante networks for a living, so it is set up right.
Two channels. Run two sources at once: two stages, two languages, or a presenter mix and a demo loop.
Built for networks we already run. It plugs into your Showfloor booth WiFi kit, and we set it up so streaming traffic never slows down your card readers.
Charged and ready. The LA-482 dock charges and programs all four receivers overnight, and receivers swap batteries for all day sessions.

Questions

How does silent disco style booth audio work?

Your audio source plugs into the ListenWIFI server. Guests scan a QR code, open the free ListenWIFI app on iPhone or Android and listen through their own earbuds. The server handles up to 1,000 listeners.

Can we use it for ADA assistive listening?

Yes. The LWR-1050 receivers with earbuds, plus neck loops for hearing aids on request, are the standard way venues meet assistive listening requirements. Ask us about receiver counts and signage for your room size.

Does it connect over Dante?

Yes. The ListenWIFI server base station has a Dante network audio input alongside its analog inputs, so it drops onto a Dante show network next to your console, DSP or media server. Our sister company Eighty32 Show Tech designs and runs Dante networks, so the patch is handled.

How much is it?

The package is $550 per week: the 2 channel ListenWIFI server, the LA-482 docking station and four LWR-1050 receivers with earbuds. Extra receivers are $30 per week each.

Do you have assistive listening that does not need WiFi?

Yes. The hearing assist RF kit is a Listen Technologies 72 MHz system: a stationary LT-800 transmitter on your mixer and LR-400 receivers with earbuds. Nothing to install and no network to depend on. $450 per week with 12 receivers, extra receivers $15 per week each, up to 26.

Does it need our own WiFi?

It runs on your Showfloor booth internet kit, which we configure for it, or on your own network if you have one in the booth or room.

How many people can listen at once?

Up to 1,000 phones on the app plus however many receivers you rent.
