Kit 04 in place
Booth presentations fail for one reason: nobody past the second row can hear them. Two towers, a small mixer and two wireless channels turn a demo table into a stage — and it packs back into the same footprint when the show closes.
How it works
Venue, hall, booth number and dates. We check coverage and the RF picture for that room.
Your kit is configured, labeled with your booth number and burned in before it ships.
One power cord. The network name and password are printed inside the lid.
Someone is on the floor or twenty minutes out for the length of the show.

Our kits are vetted and coordinated to work at all major convention centers and venues. We deliver and pick up at venues around Las Vegas and across the United States. Showfloor Wireless is an amazing joint venture which possesses Las Vegas based networking/IT pros + RF coordination teams that work major broadcast and corporate events, renting the kits we would want at our own booth.

Straight answers
No — the rate covers the equipment, delivery and support. Data is billed separately as a package sized to your show, at cost. We'll put a number on it in your quote once we know the show length and what you're running.
Two weeks is comfortable — it gives us time to check coverage in your specific hall and coordinate mic frequencies. Shorter than that, call us. We're in Las Vegas and we've turned kits around same-week.
Las Vegas venues are included in the rate — we deliver, set up and strike it ourselves. Everywhere else ships by freight with printed setup instructions inside the lid and phone support for the length of the show.
In Las Vegas someone is on the floor or minutes away. On the road, kits carry spares for the parts that matter and you have a direct line to the people who built your kit — not a ticket queue.
